Immutable set of SubscriptionStatistics values taken at a single moment. Current values describe the state right now, maximum values and request counters describe the period since the last Reset(). The state is kept per SecType: CurrentOf(SecType) and MaxOf(SecType).

Added in ATAS 8.0.15.
