Gets the time zone of the instrument, rounded to whole hours. For fractional zones (e.g. UTC+5:30) use TimeZoneOffset.

Gets the minute-precision UTC offset applied to the instrument's times. Supports fractional zones such as UTC+5:30. The default implementation falls back to the whole-hour TimeZone value, so pre-existing third-party implementations keep compiling.

Valuation
Gets the service that values the instrument's volumes in money (PLAT-5080), or null when the host does not provide one. The default implementation returns null, so pre-existing third-party implementations keep compiling.
