Class HeatmapIndicatorWarmupRequest
The historical time range an indicator warms up from, passed to IHeatmapWarmupIndicator.WarmUpAsync
(ATAS.Indicators) and to GetTradeTicksAsync(HeatmapIndicatorWarmupRequest, CancellationToken). The range is given
both as System.DateTime values and as nanoseconds since the Unix epoch; the two forms describe the same
range, and the trade source of the platform heatmap includes both ends.
Added in ATAS 8.0.15.

IsFallbackRange
True when the host could not determine the actual data start (e.g. the
heatmap data layer has not yet reported its earliest trade timestamp)
and produced a generic look-back window instead. Indicators that need
an exact data-start anchor (e.g. CVD FromDataStart /
FromVisibleRangeStart) should treat the warm-up as provisional
and call IHeatmapIndicatorRuntime.RequestReWarmAsync (ATAS.Indicators)
once they have evidence the real start became known. Defaults to
false; the controller never sets this flag itself, so unit
tests and synthetic warm-ups behave like an authoritative range.
